Weekly line dance classes

Have you always wanted to learn how to line dance? Or maybe you know the basics but want to take your skills to the next level. We’ve got classes for every skill level and more than 40 years combined line dancing and teaching experience.

We’ll walk you through the steps of a song a few at a time and review them over and over until you know them well. By the time 20 minutes have passed, you’ll practically be an expert at dancing that tune.

Below you’ll find pictures and videos to give you a glimpse into what we do at class and information on where and when to join us. Line dancing is a great way to get exercise, make friends, and have fun, so we hope to see you at one of our classes in the near future.

Ultra Beginner Line Dance Lessons

Our ultra beginner line dance classes focus on teaching the foundational steps and principles of line dancing. You will learn the 20 – 30 basic line dance steps that comprise most dances and begin combining them in the beginner songs we will teach you. We also work on counting steps, executing easy turns, and incorporating simple techniques. Within just a few weeks, you’ll be flowing through your first few dances and picking up new combinations and songs more easily.

Improver Line Dance Lessons

Once you’ve mastered the basics of line dancing, you probably want to challenge yourself to tackle intermediate moves, incorporate more turns, and try harder dances. Our Improver Class is just the place to learn these skills. We’ll teach you more complex combinations of steps, show you some new turns, and teach dances that are a little longer than in beginner classes.

Everyone learns at their own pace. If the ultra beginner class is too boring and not challenging enough, it may be time to try the next level. The only real way to know is to try a higher level and see if it is the right fit for you. There’s no harm in being a lifer in the beginner class!
